DUAL DENTAL PLAN (PPO)
The Cigna Healthcare Dental PPO Plans allows you the flexibility of seeing a network dentist and receiving benefits at a negotiated rate or seeing a non-network dentist and paying the difference between the usual and customary charges (UCR) and what your dentist bills. There is no need to select a dentist at the time of enrollment. Also, you can visit any dental specialist for covered benefits up to an annual limit. Practice prevention and take advantage of your plan’s preventive care services – certain services may be covered at low cost or no cost to you when you visit a network dentist. Covered services may include, but are not limited to: Oral exams, Cleanings, Fluoride treatments, and X-rays.
